The Mental Health Commission is inviting all stakeholders to help us develop our strategic plan for the next five years. The strategy, our seventh, will cover the period 2023-2028.
As part of this process, it is critically important that we listen a broad range of voices who have some experience of engaging with the Mental Health Commission. We are anxious to ensure that our strategic intent and direction is both evidence-based and informed.
“This will be a busy period where we will launch the Decision Support Service and expand regulation of the MHC into mental health community services,” said the Chief Executive of the Mental Health Commission, John Farrelly. “We wish to consult with all our key internal and external stakeholders to inform and identify strategic priorities that will lead our work over the next period. All inputs will help us to develop a deeper understanding of how the Mental Health Commission and the Decision Support Service is perceived, and what we need to focus on and aim to achieve over the next five years.”
The consultation survey is now closed. Thank you to all who took the time to fill it out.
